Responsibilities

• Process orders and invoice customers as deals close.
• Own a subset of accounts and be rewarded for proactive activity and account results.
• Learn and eventually master common software systems (a sophisticated ERP and CRM).
• Take ownership of the company’s backorder report and customer deadlines.
• Support the sales team by setting up new quotes / projects in our system.
• Communicate inbound order status to relevant internal & external stakeholders.
• Confer with the management team to execute month-end procedures.
• Enhance the company’s online product catalog as new items are released.
• Get creative and find ways to achieve great outcomes for our customers.
• Add to our culture of achievement, fun, and constant growth and hard work.
• This role qualifies for annual performance based bonus award.
