Kept Companies Inc. seeks a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing inside sales organization across B2B outbound and B2C inbound channels.

You will drive revenue growth, improve close rates, and cultivate a scalable sales process within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The role oversees both outbound commercial and inbound residential sales, collaborating with marketing and operations to optimize lead handoffs and ensure an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading an inside sales or call-center team
• Experience managing both outbound B2B and inbound B2C motions
• Experience building incentive programs and driving performance
• Experience selling services with recurring revenue and/or project-based pricing
• Comfort with activity-based teams and defined KPIs
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team (B2B outbound and B2C inbound)
• Oversee outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion for residential and commercial clients
• Partner with marketing and operations to optimize lead handoffs and customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, deal size, and recurring revenue
• Design and implement incentive programs to drive goal attainment
• Document and refine sales processes, scripts, and onboarding
