Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of B2B customer service or account support experience.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with phone systems and ticketing/email management tools.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
