Qualifications

• Experience using CRM, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers by phone and email; follow up promptly.
• Process orders via multiple channels and maintain customer files.
• Coordinate with supervisors and scheduling coordinators on freight and deliveries.
• Track inquiries, resolve billing issues, and document interactions in the system.
• Support development of mailings and other projects with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety rules and company procedures; perform related duties.
