Planet Fitness in Webster, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a Judgement Free member experience while driving club profitability.

The role is full-time, with a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs. You will recruit, train, and manage staff, and contribute to a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Oversee staff management and provide backup support to Club Manager.
• Schedule and supervise staff; manage front desk activities.
• Ensure staff delivers a superior customer experience at all times.
• Resolve employee issues or concerns; escalate when needed.
• Assist with cleanliness, maintenance, and supplies within budget.
