Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure an exceptional, Judgement Free member experience while contributing to a financially successful club. The role is full-time, typically 40 hours per week, with potential travel, nights, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Responsibilities include sales, staff recruitment/training, member service, front desk oversight, and coordinating scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with superior customer service.
• Support Club Manager with staff scheduling and supervision.
• Oversee front desk activities: check-ins, member tours, and inquiries.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and safety standards.
