The role involves sales, staff recruitment, training, and daily front desk oversight to maintain exceptional service.

The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Full-time hours, occasional nights, weekends, and travel may be required to meet business

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others.
• Commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
• Current CPR Certification preferred
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure a high-quality member experience.
• Support recruitment, hiring, training and development of staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere for members and guests; uphold customer service standards.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise scheduling.
• Handle front desk activities: greeting, check-ins, tours.
• Address member requests and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• Assist with ordering supplies and budgeting for club needs.
• Track weekly, monthly and annual statistics and reports.
