Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee overall performance and operations at a Charleston location. You will lead day-to-day activities, drive revenue growth, and ensure safety and service standards while developing staff and managing performance.

Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 with bonus potential; flexibility to work 45–50 hours per week and foster a positive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and drive revenue growth.
• Uphold safety, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; manage performance and retention.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees.
• Create schedules for daily and weekly operations; oversee maintenance and compliance.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and effective customer interactions.
