Job summary

WhiteWater Express seeks a General Manager to oversee operations at a Michigan location. The role leads day-to-day activities, drives revenue growth, ensures safety and service standards, and develops staff while managing financial performance.

You will report to the Area Director, manage schedules, training, and performance, and align with company policies. The position offers a base salary of $50k-$55k with bonus potential up to $17.5k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8–12 employees including scheduling and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and drive revenue growth while ensuring safety and service standards.
• Coach and develop staff; recruit, train, and manage performance and retention.
• Deliver a safe, clean, 5-star customer and employee experience from drive‑up to drive‑out.
• Utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and manage controllable costs.
• Perform payroll, hiring, training, and enforce company policies and compliance.
• Create schedules and oversee maintenance and equipment issues.
