Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be energetic and coachable, capable of building relationships with local business owners and employees while promoting top-tier health benefit plans.

Training is provided, with mentoring and opportunities for regional travel. You will manage a growing client portfolio and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; training provided)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales/athletic background considered within 6 months of degree

Aufgaben

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and reservice existing clients
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
