Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in the Breaux Bridge area and seeks a driven, energetic individual to join. No prior sales or leadership experience required; we will train you through virtual classes and hands-on mentoring in your territory.

You will introduce business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, conduct consultations and presentations, and grow your client portfolio while traveling to nearby regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Desire to help others and a track record of meeting or exceeding expectations in sales or leadership.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented.
• Fast learner with good situational awareness and critical thinking.
• Able to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager; record daily activity.
