Job summary

Outdoor Cap Inc. seeks a Manager of Digital Commerce & Experience in Bentonville, AR to lead owned-channel marketing across B2C and B2B. You will manage digital assets, CRO initiatives, SEO/SEM, and ESP campaigns while guiding the customer service team and retail room experience.

You will collaborate with marketing leadership to develop strategies that drive revenue, ROAS, and brand consistency across JUNK Brands, Outdoor Cap, and Legendary Headwear.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills and ability to adhere to branding guidelines.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Degree preferred but not required; experience acceptable.
• Some travel possible (10-20%).

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and delivery of owned channel campaigns and flows for B2C and B2B.
• Support digital merchandising across digital properties and ESP.
• Manage customer service team and retail room experience.
• Lead CRO testing roadmap to improve site CVR and user experience.
• Own and optimize direct marketing channels including email, SMS and push.
• Set strategy and reporting for ecommerce across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan timelines and deliverables.
