Job summary

Outdoor Cap Company, Inc. seeks an Ecommerce & Product Specialist in Bentonville, AR to own launch planning, data accuracy, and cross-brand product administration.

You will set up product data, imagery, pricing, and channel activation (junkbrands.com, Amazon, Walmart.com, Faire, TikTok Shop, wholesale partners) and drive on-time market launches. You will also oversee post-launch lifecycle, inventory transfers, and ensure consistency across all channels and brands, with an eye for data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years in product data, merchandising, planning, or inventory management
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills
• Experience with ERP or inventory planning is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite is helpful

Responsibilities

• Take launches and back-plan timing to ensure on-time market availability.
• Enter product data, images, categories, tags, and pricing as the source of truth.
• Decide channels and activation timing for each product across platforms.
• Build and chase the launch punch list to completion by the target dates.
• Present production orders for approval and data entry by the required date.
• Identify and raise risks to launch dates to fix them early.
