Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company’s SOREL brand seeks a Digital Experience Manager to lead the online shopping experience for direct-to-consumer channels and optimize customer journeys. You will work with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and Technology to drive engagement and conversion.

You will analyze performance data, coordinate website launches, and advocate for customer-centric improvements, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and improve the site experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce across digital merchandising, UX, or digital experience management.
• Experience with premium consumer brands, footwear, apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle categories preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own the online customer experience roadmap and identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day website experience, including content, navigation, search, product discovery, and conversion flows.
• Lead A/B testing and optimization initiatives to increase conversion, AOV, and engagement.
• Collaborate with site operations, UX and development teams to improve site functionality and accessibility.
• Coordinate homepage updates, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Oversee onsite merchandising strategies and category placements; align with inventory and campaigns.
