Responsibilities

• Oversees B2C and B2B web operations, including marketing assets, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement in every aspect.
• Drives CRO testing roadmap to improve the site experience and CVR.
• Owns all digital direct marketing channels including email, SMS, Push, and industry database marketing.
• Oversees the customer service team and the JUNK Garage retail room experience and customer interaction.
• Ensures SEO and SEM objectives are met and manages the SEO agency relationship.
