Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to partner with the sales team and drive revenue through consultative, data-driven engagements. You will negotiate complex opportunities, optimize campaigns, and translate analytics into actionable client outcomes.

As a CSM, you will own post-sale relationships, lead pitches and reviews, and collaborate with product, measurement, and engineering teams to set measurement agendas and drive test-and-learn experiments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in campaign management with emphasis on mobile app performance advertising.
• Hands-on experience with MAI, AEO, and VO.
• Experience with app measurement platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer or Adjust and familiarity with iOS ecosystem and SKAdNetwork (SKAN).
• Experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing or ad tech, with exposure to auction-based ad networks and performance advertising.
• Strong analytical skills translating data into client-facing insights and actionable steps.
• Experience diagnosing technical measurement or attribution problems with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow post-sale client relationships and revenue with ownership over account health and spend trajectory.
• Become a deep expert in TikTok's performance solutions and provide insight-driven recommendations to clients.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative upsell conversations, new product adoption, and custom strategy development.
• Lead client-facing pitches and business reviews, presenting data-backed recommendations to influence clients and internal stakeholders.
• Own product-led conversations, translating TikTok's capabilities into clear business outcomes.
• Set the measurement agenda for accounts, consulting on setup and running test-and-learn frameworks.
• Identify optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale revenue.
• Demonstrate expertise across your book of business, including escalation and cross-functional collaboration.
