Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and delivering strong P&L performance. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team while ensuring excellent service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch team; monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, pay rates, and billing.
• Maintain client relationships with HR, Operations, and senior management for satisfaction.
• Perform regular business reviews to inform leadership and identify growth opportunities.
