Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory / management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish planning, and ensure SLA targets are met.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Coach and develop recruiters; improve processes to reduce costs.
• Conduct KPI reviews, ensure client satisfaction, and drive growth.
