Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding current relationships, and delivering strong P&L performance in a fast-paced staffing environment. You will lead a branch team, recruit and train top talent, manage performance, and ensure high-quality service to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience in sales or service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and win back clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage day-to-day performance to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
