Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients to increase revenue.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Develop plans to grow client base and improve service delivery.
• Lead monthly business reviews with key client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
