Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive branch profitability. The role focuses on recruiting, training, coaching, and delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop business plans, and ensure service levels align with KPIs and SLAs, while fostering a high-performance culture across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Effective written and oral communication across levels.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Planning and organizing; people management; development of business opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost clients.
• Meet SLA targets and client requirements.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Escalate issues to Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR.
• Survey clients to identify growth opportunities.
• Align client needs with sales and management.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; forecast revenue/expenses.
• Coach recruiters; manage day-to-day performance.
• Implement process improvements to reduce costs.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee recruitment strategies and on-boarding with clients.
• Ensure compliance with credit references and limits.
• Conduct branch audits and maintain KPIs.
• Create a positive work environment and retain talent.
