Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; plan to win new clients and increase revenue.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls; monitor KPIs and KPIs.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee credit references, terms, and risk management with clients.
