Job summary

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans for client growth and retention.
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLAs are achieved.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost control.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
