Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts while aligning with SLA targets and client requirements.
• Lead branch P&L, budget planning and cost-control decisions.
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor branch staff to meet KPIs.
• Conduct monthly reviews with clients and internal teams to drive satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Develop recruiting strategies and build local relationships to fuel growth.
