Job summary

Adecco Group in California is seeking a Branch Manager to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee branch P&L and staffing. You will design plans to win new clients, retain accounts, and ensure service levels align with SLAs.

You will recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and staff, drive performance, and deliver top-tier service to candidates and clients while controlling costs and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts with plans and client reviews.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure SLA targets and high client satisfaction.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
