Job summary

The Adecco Group in North Las Vegas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead recruitment and delivery operations, grow client accounts, and manage budgets and P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop top talent while delivering superior service to candidates and clients.

You will build lasting client relationships, align programs with SLA targets, and drive business reviews with senior leadership. This role requires strategic planning, people management, and strong communication to sustain growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven track record.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, expand new clients, and improve fill rates.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure SLA targets.
• Lead branch team, coach recruiters, and manage performance.
• Develop branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenues.
• On-board new customers: terms, risk, negotiations, and conversion schedules.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and notices.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and client program updates.
