Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in sales or branch management within a personnel services org preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new business to meet revenue targets.
• Lead branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and develop branch staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Engage with clients for regular reviews, ensure high satisfaction and NPS.
• Oversee pay/bill rate setting and risk/credit assessments for clients.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership and clients.
