Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in Kentucky to drive loan production, tax preparation growth, and portfolio performance while leading a high-performing team. You will recruit, develop, and manage staff, ensure compliant branch operations, and build strong customer relationships in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of a management training program.
• Experience achieving sales, portfolio growth, or profitability goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch goals for loan growth, tax production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, community engagement, networking, and promotion of branch products and services.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while holding them accountable for performance expectations.
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and make sound business decisions that support branch success.
