Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Two years of direct sales experience with a track record of increased responsibilities
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong planning and organizing skills
• People management and development of business opportunities

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, plan to win new clients and reduce losses
• Set pay and bill rates based on skill categories and client needs
• Lead branch P&L, budgets, forecasts and cost-control decisions
• Coach recruiters and manage day-to-day performance
• Onboard new customers, assess credit, negotiate terms and fees
• Maintain client relationships through regular reviews and KPIs
