Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup.
• 2+ years managing teams of 5+ representatives.
• BDR team leadership, pipeline-generation, and quota forecasting experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach or similar B2B tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a BDR team and oversee pipeline generation and coaching.
• Coach and mentor BDRs; conduct weekly one-on-ones and performance reviews.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly quota attainment and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on lead generation and market growth.
• continuously improve sales processes and conversion metrics.
