Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer service associate to greet clients in the lobby and guide them through simple transactions. You will show customers how to use the mobile app or ATMs and connect them with Bankers for the next steps.

As a frontline neighbor, you will educate clients about Citizens products, follow all policies, and maintain a high standard of service while working flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies and assist them with basic transactions.
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app or ATMs to complete simple tasks.
• Provide personalized advice and connect customers to Bankers for next steps.
• Educate customers about Citizens products and benefits and answer questions.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and applicable laws.
