Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Teller to greet customers in the lobby and guide them through basic banking tasks. You will show customers how to use the mobile app and ATMs to complete transactions, while delivering friendly, reliable service.

You’ll provide tailored financial solutions, educate customers on Citizens products, and connect them with Bankers for the next steps. Applicants should be prepared for branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Video interview assessment after applying, to be completed within 7 days.

Responsibilities
