Purchasing Power is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing to lead demand generation, lead nurturing, and cross‑functional campaigns across our employer and partner base. You will own the day‑to‑day integrated marketing effort, partnering with Sales, Enablement, and Account Management to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

This hybrid role is based at our Atlantic Station office in Atlanta, with a few onsite days each week.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of B2B client marketing experience.
• Proven demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Own demand generation strategy across digital, paid, email, content and events.
• Optimize lead acquisition, conversion and pipeline velocity.
• Manage and improve MQL performance.
• Refine GTM, messaging and value proposition aligned to ICP.
• Refine client journeys and segmentation strategies.
• Develop and oversee B2B campaigns with defined metrics and cadence.
• Lead end-to-end campaign development from strategy to execution.
• Ensure integrated multi-channel execution and reporting.
• Oversee website strategy, SEO and CRO alignment with campaigns.
• Establish dashboards tied to revenue outcomes and test optimizations.
• Use AI tools to enhance content and workflow efficiency.
