Job summary

Instant Financial is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own strategy and hands-on execution of integrated programs that fill the top and middle of the funnel with qualified opportunities. You will partner with sales to ensure pipeline targets are met, across paid, owned, and earned channels in Alpharetta, GA or Pensacola, FL.

As part of the Marketing team, you will manage budgets, marketing technology, and nurture programs, with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset to improve funnel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid digital programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and HubSpot (CRM).
• Strong quantitative fluency with funnel metrics and data-driven prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate with sales leadership.
• Preferred: Experience selling into HR/payroll/benefits buyers or hourly-workforce employers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to build qualified pipeline.
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns targeting HR/payroll decision-makers at large hourly-workforce employers.
• Define lead scoring and SLAs with sales for tight handoffs.
• Build nurture programs to move leads efficiently through the funnel.
• Manage the demand generation budget and tech stack to maximize pipeline ROI.
• Stand up ABM programs with enterprise sales.
• Own reporting and attribution for demand generation performance and continuous improvement.
