You'll own digital campaigns, nurture journeys, and measurement dashboards, leveraging AI tools to streamline content and insights while maintaining a focus on ICPs and buyers.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years of B2B/client marketing experience (fintech/benefits/employer‑focused products a plus).
• Proven experience leading demand generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo.

• Own demand generation strategy across digital, paid, email, content, and events.
• Optimize lead acquisition, conversion, and pipeline velocity.
• Manage and improve MQL performance.
• Refine GTM messaging and value propositions aligned to ICP and buyer personas.
• Lead end-to-end campaign development from strategy to measurement.
• Oversee website strategy, SEO, and CRO aligned to campaigns.
