Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities to improve performance.
• Monitors the store's performance and ensures adherence to policies and cash controls.
