Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to develop rapport and communicate effectively with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and scheduling.
• Develop operational action plans and training opportunities for the team.
• Ensure store performs well and maintains inventory and cash control policies.
• Merchandise products neatly to maximize sales and maintain signage.
