Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Communicate company strategy and core values to staff.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust operations as needed.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory planning.
• Participate in store personnel interviews and onboarding.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, signage, and loss prevention practices.

Education

3 years retail management experience preferred
