Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a busy Jacksonville, FL community. The role assists Leasing Consultants, collects rent, reviews applications, and supports the Property Manager in daily operations to keep occupancy and revenue on track.

You will work with budgets, prepare monthly reports, handle resident inquiries, and help host resident functions. Weekend coverage may be required one day per month; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year property management or real estate experience.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent promptly and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Review applications and ensure proof of income meets guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and approvals.
