Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an Assistant Branch Manager for the New Markets expansion in Jackson Heights, NY. You will support the Branch Manager, drive branch growth, and build member relationships through a consultative sales approach.

You’ll cultivate community ties, oversee deposit expansion, and partner with specialists to meet financial needs while contributing to a dynamic omnichannel experience. Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred or related work experience.
• 2+ years of financial or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years in the customer service industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Certifications: STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 6 months; Lending Product Certification within 6 to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to build member relationships and grow the expansion market with a consultative sales approach.
• Provide exceptional member experiences by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Drive omnichannel member experience through technology and self-service options.
• Represent FourLeaf in the community, including evening and weekend events to grow branch growth.
• Partner with Specialists to connect members with experts for specialized financial needs.
