Job summary

You will partner with specialists to connect members with tailored financial solutions, lead recruitment and staff development, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• College degree preferred or related work experience.
• Certifications: STAMP Medallion Guarantor within 6 months; Lending Product Certification within 6–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Drive growth in deposits and expand market presence.
• Cultivate community relationships to raise FourLeaf brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and OFAC regulations.
