Job summary

Core Talent Finder is seeking a Junior Account Executive to support expansion in the U.S. logistics market. This hybrid position in New York, NY, targets individuals with 1–2 years of startup experience selling technical SaaS or AI solutions. You will engage in full-cycle sales while supported by marketing and BDR teams.

The role offers a base salary between $95K and $115K, along with OTE up to $210K, performance accelerators, and equity participation in a fast-growing AI organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
• Prior BDR/SDR experience strongly preferred.
• Experience selling technical SaaS or AI products in a startup environment is required.
• Ability to independently prospect and build pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Generate and supplement pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Own full-cycle sales for qualified opportunities.
• Conduct structured discovery to identify business challenges and use cases.
• Present technical SaaS/AI solutions clearly and value-driven.
