Elevate is building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory workflows, and they're seeking 2-3 Founding Account Executives to join their New York City team.

You’ll work directly with the Founders to shape the go-to-market motion from scratch, help define customer segments, pricing, positioning, and pipeline, and partner closely on strategy for a venture-backed AI company.

Qualifikationen

• 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• At least 1 year as a full-cycle AE at a high-growth or early-stage startup.
• Proven history of exceeding quota (150%+ attainment preferred).
• Strong outbound prospecting and hunting mentality.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero-to-one.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build pipeline via outbound, networking, events, and GTM initiatives.
• Experiment across enterprise and mid-market segments.
• Partner with Founders on sales strategy and market feedback.
