Cornerstone Caregiving in Whitemarsh, PA seeks an autonomous, proven leader to direct and grow the local branch, with a base salary of $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly profit share, and comprehensive benefits.

You will drive business development, staffing, client intake, financial oversight, and culture, while receiving ongoing corporate training. Relocation to PA is required before starting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with prior team management experience.
• Track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in direct recruitment, hiring, and staff oversight.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Independent branch leadership with corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.
• Hire and onboard staff; ensure shifts are properly staffed; manage on-call responsibilities.
• Conduct in-home assessments, build client relationships, ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget and profits.
• Cultivate a positive culture and motivate the team.
