Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Director to lead the Shorewood, MN branch, driving growth with ongoing corporate training and support. You will independently manage operations, staffing, and client relations while building referral networks and managing the budget.

The role emphasizes autonomous leadership in a fast-paced environment, with a base salary and performance-based profit share. Relocation is required before starting.

• Experience recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead the Shorewood branch with corporate training/support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral partnerships (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire, onboard, and staff shifts; monitor on-call responsibilities.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Foster a workplace culture that motivates the team and sets the standard.
