Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving seeks an autonomous Director to lead and grow our Alaska branch. You will manage daily operations, build referral networks, and drive market presence with executive training support.

You’ll recruit, hire, and schedule staff, maintain client relationships, and oversee budgeting and profitability. A base salary of $80,000 plus a 20% quarterly profit share, plus benefits, awaits the right leader who can relocate and establish Cornerstone as the go-to in-home care provider.

Qualifications

• Proven leader with experience managing a team.
• Successful track record in sales and business development.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and lead this branch with ongoing corporate training and support.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
• Cultivate and manage referral partner relationships (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
• Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are staffed; monitor on-call bursts.
• Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee office budget reflected in profit and loss statements.
• Create the workplace of choice and set team morale and incentives.
