Eat Jacob in New York City is seeking a leader to own the online customer journey and DTC growth, collaborating with the Founder/CEO and Creative team to translate brand campaigns into online experiences and measurable results.

You will own the DTC channels (Shopify and Amazon), oversee website merchandising and checkout, manage paid acquisition and creative testing, and build testing processes to accelerate revenue and customer LTV.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading growth/ecommerce at consumer brands.
• Hands-on Meta ads and platform management.
• Strong Shopify experience with website performance improvements.
• Ability balance short-term performance with long-term brand goals.

Responsabilités

• Own the DTC channel (Shopify and Amazon) and hit revenue targets.
• Lead website overhaul and day-to-day merchandising and checkout.
• Own paid acquisition and creative testing across formats.
• Develop testing processes for new concepts and offers.
• Coordinate with Operations on forecasts, launches, and promotions.
• Build email and loyalty programs to drive repeat purchases and LTV.
