Slate is seeking a Head of Growth to own the full customer funnel—from awareness to order, delivery, and post‑purchase accessories. You will lead performance marketing, lifecycle and CRM, and conversion optimization, building a fast, scrappy team focused on data-driven results.

You will manage paid media, funnel experimentation, and growth analytics, reporting to leadership. This role can sit in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of growth, performance or lifecycle marketing experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Direct-to-consumer growth experience with high-consideration purchases.
• Owns full-funnel growth models with budget accountability (CAC, LTV, payback).
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition and lifecycle/CRM programme design.
• Disciplined experimentation with test design and statistical significance.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and targets across the customer lifecycle and forecast with Finance.
• Lead paid acquisition across search, social, video, programmatic and affiliates.
• Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push and in-app journeys.
• Lead CRO program and prioritise funnel improvements with product and engineering.
• Define growth metrics and build dashboards for cross‑functional reviews.
