Qualifications

• 12+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing with leadership experience.
• Direct-to-consumer growth for high-consideration purchases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and targets across the customer lifecycle from awareness to order and post-purchase.
• Lead paid acquisition across channels and optimize CAC, conversion and payback.
• Oversee lifecycle, CRM, email, SMS, push and in-app journeys.
• Run experimentation program with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Build and maintain growth measurement stack and dashboards.
