Slate Automotive LLC is seeking a Head of Growth to own the entire customer funnel—from awareness to reservation, order, delivery, and post-purchase accessories. You will lead performance marketing, lifecycle and CRM, conversion optimization and analytics, accountable for CAC, LTV and payback, and manage a fast, scrappy team with a strong data discipline.

You’ll drive paid acquisition, set regional demand plans, and design referral programs while collaborating with PR, Brand and Fleet teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Track record of scaling a direct-to-consumer business with a high-consideration purchase (e.g., automotive).
• Hands-on ownership of a full-funnel growth model with budget accountability (CAC, conversion, LTV).
• Experience in paid acquisition across major platforms and lifecycle program design.
• Strong analytical skills with GA4/Looker and SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESP/CDP stack.

• Oversee lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push and in-app channels.

• Build and maintain growth measurement stack and dashboards.
• Lead and develop a cross-functional growth team.
